"My Experience with Their Capsule Machines"
I got one of their capsule machines along with some empty capsules to fill. A few weeks later, I realized I had picked the wrong machine. Since I hadn’t opened it, I shot them an email, and wow, their response time was top-notch. They provided me with a return label, and now I'm just waiting for my new capsule machine to arrive. The mix-up was totally on me for not paying close attention to my order, but I was really impressed with how attentive and caring the company was! Honestly, I expected to hear nothing back or be told there was nothing they could do, but they really went out of their way to make sure I was happy! In the future, I’m definitely gonna check out some of their organic powder products. Do your homework, but I think this is a solid company.

Fantastic customer support and super quick to address a blunder I made!! The ordering was a breeze. I mistakenly had an outdated address set as default for my order. Just 15 minutes after placing it, I shot off an email. By the next morning, I got a reply from the company confirming the address change before they shipped it out. Everything is all set now. It's great to see folks take pride in what they do. It really shows.

The site is really user-friendly and easy to navigate, making my order a breeze. They also have the lowest price for this product, and I feel so confident in it that I'm going to buy another. The one drawback I've noticed is the small selection of vegetarian capsules, but I can easily find those elsewhere. I'm thrilled that I can now take all my supplements in under half an hour and save some cash in the process.

"Don't Do It - You'll Wish You Hadn't."
I ordered a couple of things, and it says they shipped! But the shipping company seems to be struggling to get it to our place. I shot an email to Herb Affair over the weekend about the shipping problems, but got no reply. Tried calling them, but no luck there either, so I left a message. Called again, and still nothing. Looks like I might have to dispute the charges now. Feels like this operation is run out of someone's garage.

"Save your time"
Just skip it. I’d believe all those one-star ratings you find on this site. If your item doesn’t show up, chances are it won’t. And forget about reaching customer support; nobody’s gonna answer your call. I’m super annoyed with how things went down here and wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

"Total Rip-off!"
This is a total rip-off!! Don't believe these con artists. I forked out cash for quick 2-day delivery. After waiting 3 days without even a tracking number, these jerks finally got back to me with a message saying, 'Oops, your package got lost in processing,' and they couldn't give me any more details. Now, a week later, they’re flat out refusing to give back any of my SIXTY bucks that I paid to get it here in 2 days. To make matters worse, the images on their site show capsule fillers with a nice lime green trim that looks great, but what I received is a nasty brown/maroon. Screw all of you.

"Refund Request: Where's My Money?"
I've left three voice messages and this is now my third email about an order I made on January 12, 2022, for a capsule filler. They charged my credit card $36.90, but I haven't seen any order confirmation. Funny enough, I did get another promotional email, so I know they have my email.

The fact that I can't get anyone on the phone (I've called at least 50 times at all hours) or get a response to my emails or messages was already pretty crummy customer service. But now, it feels like we're stepping into theft territory since they took my money without any acknowledgment or sending the product.

The payment page claims, "SHIPS SAME DAY IF ORDERED BEFORE 12PM CST M-F," and honestly, I’m calling BS on that.

I demand an immediate refund of the $39.60 back to the card I used for the purchase.

I doubt you care, but I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and posting reviews everywhere I can.

"Top-Notch Support from the Team"
I made an order for a capsule machine on 11/24/20, but by 12/1/20, I still hadn’t gotten my confirmation email. So, I reached out to customer support on that same day to get an update. A few hours later, Kristine Calilung from the support team got back to me, apologized for the hold-up, and let me know my order was on its way, complete with the UPS tracking details. I gotta say, I’m really happy with how they handled everything.

"Patience Pays Off..."
If you can hang in there, your order will arrive! I got myself a capsule maker, and it took nearly a month to show up, but hey, that’s to be expected: 1) They’re a tiny, new business and just don’t have the staff to ship things out fast yet 2) We’re in a pandemic, so the mail’s a bit sluggish! I haven’t tested out my capsule maker or the capsules I picked up yet since it’s a Christmas treat for me.
